OVERVIEW

Dim Sum Library, located in Pacific Place Admiralty, is a contemporary Chinese restaurant that reimagines traditional Cantonese dim sum for the modern palate. The restaurant presents a refreshing evolution of dim sum, with dishes prepared with new ingredients, textures, and flavours, served all day in an elegant and intricately crafted 1920s styled Chinese birdcage-inspired tea-room.

The elegant dining space also features a stunning chinoiserie cocktail bar serving a full selection of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and bespoke Chinese tea cocktails.

REGULAR LUNCH OFFERING

Dim Sum Library’s regular menu features creative dim sum prepared with premium ingredients. Signature items include Black Truffle Har Gow, Black Garlic Siu Mai, Dan Dan Soup Dumplings, and Black Pepper Wagyu Puffs. The restaurant also offers a full selection of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits, alongside bespoke Chinese tea cocktails served from the chinoiserie cocktail bar.
