OVERVIEW

Épure is a MICHELIN-starred contemporary French restaurant located on the fourth floor of Harbour City’s Ocean Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering stunning views of Victoria Harbour . The restaurant has been consistently recognised in the MICHELIN Guide for over seven consecutive years and is a perennial favourite on the SCMP’s 100 Top Tables list .

The dining room is elegant and sophisticated, featuring plush booth seating that offers privacy, as well as outdoor terrace seating for al fresco dining with harbour views . The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, with service that is attentive and professional.

Executive Chef Aven Lau, a Singaporean chef with experience at the three-MICHELIN-starred Odette in Singapore as well as Hong Kong’s celebrated Belon and Bâtard, leads the kitchen . The cuisine remains classically French, emphasising seasonality and flavour, with dishes such as the famous Paris mushroom soup (made without a single drop of water, using only French mushrooms), Cévennes onion with black truffle, and the roasted three-yellow chicken .

Épure’s lunch is widely regarded as one of Tsim Sha Tsui’s best fine-dining values. The 2-course lunch is priced at HK$588 per person, with a 3-course option also available . An Autumn Lunch Menu has previously been offered at HK$558 (one appetiser) or HK$658 (two appetisers) .
