OVERVIEW
The Pizza Project is a beloved Hong Kong pizza chain founded by the team behind the acclaimed Pici pasta group. The restaurant brings the same philosophy to pizza: simple, authentic, Roman-style thin-crust pizzas made with high-quality ingredients and served in a casual, lively setting.
The pizza style is Roman thin-crust — crisp, light, and slightly charred, with toppings that range from classic Italian combinations to creative signatures. The dough is fermented for 48 hours, resulting in a crust that is airy, digestible, and utterly addictive.
REGULAR LUNCH OFFERING
The Pizza Project’s regular lunch menu features a variety of Roman-style thin-crust pizzas, including the Carbonara pizza (a cult favourite topped with egg, guanciale, pecorino, and black pepper), Margherita Extra with buffalo mozzarella, and creative options like the Pistacchiosa with pistachio paste and mortadella. The restaurant also offers the 3-in-1 Pizza alla Pala — a long, Roman-style pizza that lets you pick any three flavours from the menu side by side on a single base.
